When the Cipla Center for Palliative Care, wanted the structure for its hospice, Vascon responded. Vascon is proud to be associated with this project.

On Vascon Day this year, employees of Vascon were not partying at a hotel or at the company’s head office like done every year. Instead, they were busy playing host at the crèches at Vascon’s project sites. And the limelight was not on the Managing Director or any Vascon employee but on 14 children who did well in their studies.

Like several other children of migrant construction workers, these children were able to get on with their education thanks to the long-term support they have been receiving from Vascon. By felicitating the children, the company hopes to encourage other children to study well and, more importantly, motivate the still-reluctant parents to educate their children.

This year, as in the past, the company distributed food grains to every worker on July 12. A blood donation camp was also held at the corporate office.
