R Vasudevan

Mr. R. Vasudevan holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from College of Engineering Pune. He has also completed Management Program from the Harward Business School. He has been a Promoter of the Company since January 1, 1986. He has brought up the company from scratch to ₹ 1000 Crore conglomerate now.

He has been awarded several awards for his contribution in the field of construction and Real Estate Industry. He has been awarded the Top Management Consortium Award of Excellence for the year 2005, the “Construction World -Top Builder Award” in 2007, Award for Life Time Achievements by the Alumni Association of College of Engineering, Pune in 2005 and the South Indian Education Society on the occasion of its Platinum Jubilee (1932-2008) honored and felicitated Mr. R. Vasudevan as a distinguished alumnus. He has also been felicitated with Life Time Achievement Award of the Year at 9th Realty Plus Award Event.

Mr. R Vasudevan has been instrumental in bringing the company to the position of eminence over the last 4 decades. He is instrumental to introduce the JDA model of real estate development and this unique innovation in Real Estate industry has helped the company to grow to this size and stature. The EPC and Real Estate Business requires special skill set for timely execution of projects and monitoring on continuous basis. Mr. R. Vasudevan possesses these special skills and he has trained his team with these skills due to which the Company has earned its reputation.

Siddharth Vasudevan Moorthy

He is a strong source of inspiration as an emerging entrepreneur for new age business leaders of the company and the real estate and construction fraternity. Graduate in Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management with Honors from Singapore with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry

Dr. Santosh Sundararajan

Dr. Santosh Sundararajan is appointed as an Additional Director (Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Ocer-Group). He is a Civil Engineer with a Ph. D in Structural Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

He also holds a Masters degree in Financial Management from London University. He is a practising structural engineer with more than 22 years experience in the field of Civil Structural and allied building works, having worked both in Singapore and India. He has been with Vascon group since 2008 and has been serving as the group CEO since 2013.

Sowmya Aditya Iyer

Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis International University, Pune and an advance diploma in Interior Design from Raffles College of Higher Education. She has over 10 years of experience in the Interior design industry. She has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of our company since March 31, 2015.

S.Balasubramanian

Mr. S Balasubramanian has over three decades of industry experience, mostly in the areas of Banking and Finance and had a diverse sectoral experience covering power (generation, transmission, distribution and renewable) oil & gas, transportation, metals & mining, telecommunications, financial services and insurance among other. He is a post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He also holds Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Communication) from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.

Over the years, he has established and maintained strong relationships with banks, financial institutions and corporate, both Indian and international.

Tara Subramaniam

Ms. Tara Subramaniam is a Maha RERA Conciliator and a member of the governing council of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) and has also served as the Founder President of MAHI, the women’s wing of NAREDCO. She is also on the Board as an Independent Director of Restaurant Brands Asia Limited, Deltatech Gaming Limited and Tips Industries Limited.

She is also on the Board of JM Financial Home Loans Limited as a Non-Executive Director. She attended a bachelor’s degree course in law from the University of Bombay. She has over 39 years of work experience in banking, real estate, project financing, and business development.

She was also associated with Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited, JM Financial Group, and SGE Advisors (India) Private Limited.
She has been appointed as an Additional Director (Women Independent) on the Board of our Company since March 03, 2023.

Divya Maneklal Shah

An Advocate & Solicitor, Mr. Divya Maneklal Shah (73) has over 49 years of rich experience in legal field. Mr. Shah is known to be upright, straight forward, honest and a person with impeccable integrity enjoys immense faith & trust amongst clients and legal circle alike.
Mr. Shah has graduated in Arts from the Wilson College and while educating himself in law at the Govt. Law College, he joined the Law firm of M/s. Ambubhai Diwanji, as it then was and signed articles with Mr. Y. M. Desai a senior partner of the firm. Mr. Shah graduated in Law in the year 1977 and commenced his practice in the same firm. Mr. Shah passed the Solicitor’s exam conducted by the Bombay Incorporated Law society in the year 1980. Mr. Shah was admitted as a partner of M/s. Ambubhai Diwanji in the year 1984. In the year 1991, the name of the firm was changed to M/s. Desai and Diwanji and Mr. Shah continued to be a partner till March 2004 when he started his own law firm in the name of M/s. Divya Shah Associates. In July 2005 Mr. Shah was appointed as a Notary Public by The Government of India.
