What are some of your new and focus areas and strategies for 2019?
Vascon Engineers ltd. Is on a mission to build a landmark in every Location and set new standards, to be emulated by peers in the construction world, Vascon Engineers ltd has indeed been progressing by leaps and bounds.
Vascon Engineers Ltd is planning to head towards being amongst the top three real-estate developers of Pune in the near future.

What are the major steps being taken to realize VASCON’s future plans?
Ever since its inception, Vascon is committed to applying the art of value-based aesthetics into the science of construction through efficient engineering. The organisation focuses on understanding customers’ needs, expectations and delivers services with an integrated approach and mechanised inventory of machinery and equipment. Vascon has an SAP-ERP covering project systems and high-tech EPC strengths, which aim at delivering overall customer satisfaction.

The company’s emphasis on innovative technology and optimized construction helps it to design, construct and deliver the projects in a cost-effective and timely manner. Diversity of experience gives it the flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customers. Qualified, proven project team and experienced management team offer services from ‘Concept to Completion’ to the client on a turnkey basis. Vascon’s extensive experience and proficiency enables it to understand and assess project risks, complex technologies, location difficulties and helps to create effective construction solutions.

The company is involved in a wide range of activities. Which sector you focus the most and why? Does the same sector generate maximum revenue too? Also, your geographical prospective markets?
We have 2 line of business EPC and Real Estate. We have developed landmarks across Residential, Commercial, Retail, Institutional, Hospitality, Infrastructure and now venturing into new domain of developing Airport Terminal Building. Amongst both our core focus area is residential segment, as they form large part of our portfolio.
Our EPC arm has been developing projects across India and have already delivered projects across more than 32 cities.
From Real Estate point of view as of now our geographic focus is in Pune and we will soon be launching projects down south in Coimbatore and Madurai.

What VASCON is doing in terms of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)?
Vascon has set up Vascon Moorthy Foundation (VMF) with the intention of educating the labourers’ children and ensure their welfare. This also includes health check-ups and vaccinations et al to not just these children but also the economically weaker section of society. Regarding the work culture that is promoted in the company, it comprises being absolutely transparent with all our stakeholders, setting high benchmarks, respecting customers and giving them more than their expectations, and empowerment to take decisions, to accept mistakes and to correct them.
